Booked hotel as family member was staying there. Loved the hotel. Christmas decorations up and looked great. All staff were lovely and friendly. Food was great at the restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. Used the pool, gym, sauna and steam room. Yes it’s not massive but neither is the hotel. It’s more than adequate. Water was warm in the pool. Room was much bigger than expected. Lovely nights sleep. It was busy with Christmas parties but we couldn’t hear the music when we went to bed.
Visited this hotel on New Years Eve when I was booked as wedding photographer for the wedding which was held there. I had a meal on their restaurant on the evening and both the qualtiy of food, and service received was amazing. I opted for the lamb shank with seasonal vegetables along with a side of chunky chips. Perfect meal and would certainly visit when not working too.
Went here for one night dinner bed and breakfast absolutely fabulous rooms were large and spotless decorated to the highest standard dinner in the artisan restaurant couldn’t fault it staff lovely and friendly manager David and Amelia on reception so lovely and welcoming will definitely be going again and would highly recommend 🥰

We paid for an upgrade which was amazing.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Food in the restaurant was amazing highly recommend the hanging chicken kebab. They had a singer on during dinner and she was also amazing.
Very clean hotel, made use of the pool, sauna and steam again these were great facilities to have with our stay.
Great location with plenty of villages and towns around with lots to do.
What a lovely stay. Fabulous rooms with outside access, lovely grounds, and the most wonderful friendly helpful staff. The rooms may be slightly dated, but they are clean and pleasant. We all thought our beds might be uncomfortable but they were great. We want to come back
