The Reading Room Kitchen is amazing, absolute hidden gem.
We visited with family recently and the food and service was just simply exceptional 10/10
We ordered the steak focaccia ( AMAZING ) the steak was cooked to perfection, the food is simply scrumptious!!!
The staff are just fantastic, always smiling and always happy to help.
We will be back again to try more amazing food

What a fantastic experience we had here. Recently visited for a Mother’s Day lunch with my Mum and family.
The place was thriving with many happy people. The food was unbelievable and the service was exceptional. It was a really nice touch having a live singer preforming for us.
We have dined here several times over the last cpl of years and always leave looking forward to the next time we visit.

Our absolute favourite place to come. We travel from Padiham and are regulars by now I would say! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the food is 10/10 every time (nothing we would change!) qnd the coffee is delicious. 🌷

The food and service here is perfect.
I had the full English and it is one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time, all the staff were friendly and attentive and even made a unique small breakfast for my 2 year old daughter.
I’d definitely visit again!
The Reading Room Kitchen is wonderful place located inside Holden Clough Nurseries. We do an 84 mile round trip to eat here, as we adore the food, especially the scones, which are the best we have ever had (and we have tried many over the years). Quality food, excellently prepared. We can highly recommend and will be back again soon.
