A Warren of hiding places surrounded by warmth and lights, friendly staff and good refreshments, be that coffee or beer or snacks. Shout out to singers George and Holly (‘Radio Caroline’) who kept our feet tapping with well known songs.

Quirky & cosy little beer shack with an excellent selection of ales, stout & even coffee! Just wish they had some animal & planet friendly (vegan) options on the menu. 🙏 Helpful & welcoming staff. Dogs friendly. Great vibe. Clean toilets which are also suitable for those with accessibility needs. Keep us the great work team The Beer Shack. 👍🏼
A great selection of cask and craft keg and so handy for the railway station; the quality bar snacks look amazing and are great value. Plenty of space in the beer garden at the back.

A trendy wooden bar on Clitheroe’s main street selling a large variety of hand pump beers. Not many places to sit as you walk in but I believe there’s more places if you walk through, not sure if these are outside or upstairs, sorry but I didn’t explore. My partner had the Black Shack and said that it was very good.
Sausage rolls to die for, Hofmeister beer on tap in a proper Hofmeister tankard. Great atmosphere, you do everything right. It’s always on our goto list when we visit clitheroe. One of a handful that really stand out. Keep up the good work. It’s all about the beer.
