We hosted a baby shower at The Croft and it was absolutely perfect. There were 23 of us in total and we had the privacy of the room at the back with access to the outside area without having to go through the main cafe. We requested a specific meal (lasagna and garlic bread) and it was exceptional, everyone commented on how delicious the food was. We will defiantly be back to try more of the menu!
The whole process was so easy to organise thanks to Debbie, who was lovely and very accommodating. The venue itself is beautiful, and the staff were all friendly and attentive throughout the event.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and we would highly recommend The Croft!

We sat outside in the fresh air and there were lovely views (see photos). The food was so nice! Home made soup and a sandwich – the best I’ve ever had! Lovely customer service too!
Love this little gem of a cafe on my doorstep! I took my youngest daughter or a little lunch date treat during the school holidays, service was great and food delicious (as always) The staff are always so warm and welcoming. They have a small and simple children’s menu, my daughter chose the homemade soup of the day which she loved, and I decided on the posh fish finger butty from the daily specials board which was delicious and filling! (the homemade tartar sauce made it!)
Really lovely little place on the edge of Ribchester. Welcoming and friendly staff who were very attentive. We were served very quickly with food that was fresh and delicious.
Had the sausage and Lancashire cheese ciabatta and banofee pie. I was not disappointed with either of them and would definitely recommend them.
Great cup of coffee too.
It’s only about a 10 minute walk down to the River Ribble so it would be a brilliant place to get some takeaway food to take down and eat on the riverbank.
It’s not always easy to find somewhere to eat with a baby and a toddler so thank you to all the staff who made us feel welcome.

Always Cake is MUCH more than cake and sweets – it is utterly amazing and incredibly DELICIOUS food, savory and sweet. Not only is the food divine (and affordable), but the cafe itself and the ambience is perfection.. A meaningful and lovely place to gather and make beautiful new memories!!
