What a little gem! We stoped here this morning for a hot drink and some breakfast. The bras on muffin and spam toaster was delicious. Had to wait a little bit for the mocca coffee but it was definitely worth the wait! The best mocca I’ve had! Definitely worth a visit if you’re mooching around the markets. The extra touch of blankets on seats while you sit are brilliant.
Their sandwiches are brilliant and the coffee is superb. Great staff, fast service and very very reasonable prices.
Come here, sit outdoors, take in the surroundings, do a bit of people watching, enjoy the food & hospitality. You’ll not regret it👍👍
Just bought a sausage, bacon and egg butty to take back home from an early morning stroll around town. I’ll be back again next weekend. That was delicious!
Proper meat that and generous. Isn’t worth trying to make my own any more to get one like yours.

Rain or shine there’s always a lovely warm welcome from the HorseBox. They have also started doing cakes and today I had the best brownie ever with my coffee. The children love the burgers and toasties. Always a great start to pottering around the market and shopping local.
The Horse Box is a little gem on Clitheroe market.
The owner’s are a wonderful couple who always go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble
Excellent coffee and food.
It’s also the ideal pit stop to have a natter (even if you don’t know the other customers as we are a friendly bunch in Clitheroe) and take a breather.
